I explained I took them to shoe repair store to ask and they said they were EU sized equivalent to US 10 not US11. I sent three messages asking if we could find “reasonable” solution only to be told first to remove insoles make them fit (??!) and then when explained they are glued in They responded by telling me basically I am lying and they sent US11. If the shoes feel too tight, you can try removing the top insole—the soft layer above the height-increasing insole—to create more room.
