Printer was damaged prior to shipping, as it had been taped to try and minimize the damage. It also came without software or a manual. None of this was detailed in the item description. I also couldn’t reach the seller about trying to change the delivery address—and I never received a reply, even after the printer was shipped, to apologize for us not connecting. The only positive was that shipping was quick, and the printer was packaged well.

Superb Heating Pad
This is a large heating pad which is better to have than the smaller one because a larger area can be covered. One of the features I really like is that there is setting whereby, one can set the heating pad to shut off after two hours. This is an excellent safety feature, since I fall asleep and then the heating pad has been on for hours. I have never had this feature with previous heating pads, so I wake up drenched in perspiration. Besides which, it is dangerous to have a heating pad left on for long periods of time. The covering, until other heating pad covers is a much more luxurious almost like fleece texture, is very soft, sturdier and of better quality Most heating pads have a lifetime of about a year, so it will be interesting to see how long this one lasts.This is a large heating pad which is better to have than the smaller one because a larger area can be covered. Great heating pad I highly recommend 6 level settings most have 3, this one's low is low compared to others that have only 3 settings and has a choice of continuous on or off in 2 hrs.
