This Burma set was represented as MNH but instead I received a set that had been previously hinged and on most stamps the gum had been redistributed. Unlike most sellers, he does not offer immediate refund when you scan your item in for return. You have to wait until he receives it. Worst of all, he has a second one of these sets but did not offer me a replacement.
