He/she initially offered to allow me to return the item for a full refund. In the end, we agreed on a partial refund in order to purchase a repair kit for the damaged part. The seller submitted the refund quickly. At this point, I believe this was an honest oversite in the packaging process and that the seller should be trusted for future purchases.
