    Not Worth The Retail Price

    The Fitbit app doesn't allow the user to customize the data presentation and has a low quality, non-intuitive user interface. I would NEVER pay retail for their overpriced product.

    Works great for me

    So far I have not had any issues with the watch. I have never owned a super expensive Apple or high end one so I can not compare it to them, but this one has all the features I need and compared to the others I owned and my friends Garmin watch it is just as accurate.

    Works well but needs to be charged daily!

    Fitbit arrived when promised. Being an older model, works well but only holds a charge for just over a day. Has to be charged every night. Next time will pay more and get a brand new model from a shop or fitbit online.

    Not worth the upgrade from 3 to 4!

    This Charge 4 is a replacement for my Charge 3. When I purchased the Charge 3, it was supposed to track oxygen levels, but never did. I wanted to track my oxygen as I am asthmaic and have chronic bronchitis. Knowing where my O2 levels are is of importance to me. I was excited to use Fitbit Pay with the Charge 4. Very disappointed when none of my banks are a part of Fitbit pay. Can not use my Fitbit to pay for anything! If this is a feature you are wanting to use, do your homework. Wish I had done my homework. Other than the oxygen levels, it is just like my Fitbit Charge 3. Would not have upgraded if the screen had not become so faint that I couldn't see the time!
