    Loud but effective

    I’m giving it 3 stars instead of less because it works well enough that I won’t return it. Despite reviews I read it is a lot louder than the maximum fan speed on my laptop. It also has no fan speed control. It goes zero to hero. I do like the adjustability of the stand height however. Build is kind of flimsy but it is pretty cheap so I expected that!

    Great Features

    Perfect for what I needed. I have a newer Laptop and I love the extra ports. I use my Laptop for work and I'm on it for long periods. It keeps it cool and the extra ports come in handy. I have a lot of work information on Flash drives so that I don't take up a lot of room on my computer.

    Fixture made it better

    I increased the angle by appx. 5deg i put pads under the "BED" to help with the fan sound, also made a jig/fixture to keep the tray an laptop from sliding around 4point hold the fan an laptop are still separate items
