    Best instant ramen ever - without question

    I’ll start right out by saying, this noodle/broth package for home preparation is not cheap. But if you are a serious ramen fan and aren’t able to get out to your favorite ramen place, this is absolutely the next best option. With creative toppings, you can close your eyes and imagine you are in a fantastic Tokyo or New York City ramen place. It’s best to boil the noodles very quickly, two or three minutes at the most. Then quickly add the spice packet and broth base packet. Top with whatever you like: shredded nori seaweed, a soft or hard boiled egg, chopped onion or leek, minced garlic … get creative, but keep it Asian/Japanese if possible.
