When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed. I contacted the seller and they replied very quickly. The extent and expense they went to insuring I was satisfied was beyond expectations. The quality of the jacket was excellent and the price very reasonable. It looks great, and my wife loves it. Excellent summer or winter jacket, lining removes for summer weather, providing plenty of venting. I certainly saved this seller!
