Tracking information was provided quickly, and the shipping time was speedy. Since it was a refurb, I was curious to see just how refurbished it was, but it was almost-pristine! There were almost no marks on the shell, the screen is bright with no dead pixels, keyboard and touchpad function perfectly. This was a great value for the money!

I quickly ran my ham radio through the bands and the replacement power supply is RF quiet. So, it does appear to be a legitimate replacement, not a cheap POS. Overall I am very happy.
