I mentioned that i just want the replacement if not, then i will take then refund

Only ebay must optimize the delivery which took too much time. There are too many intermediaries for international delivery. In future, ebay should entrust deliveries directly to DHL or UPS, or leave it up to the customer to choose the delivery service best suited to his financial situation.
