      Needs improvements

      This products sound is great. The problem is volume is not easy to adjust with the headset on my head, and it needs a mute button so I can mute commercials or uninteresting news presentations. Value is questionable but price is acceptable (better if above features were included). Headset muffs are too floppy and it's not easy to determine which is Left/Right. This my second Avantree and the first didn't last long plus there was no one year warranty (not happy about that!). You can do better!

      Happy with purchase

      The headphones work well but I find the swiveling ear muffs annoying. I like the avantree phone I bought last year better. The dock charger is something I need to get used too.

      Not very good

      I really was not impressed with the sound quality also the plug and play did not work plus it is very uncomfortable on the ears hard material on the headphones.

      Answer to my problems

      No lag in lip syncing......pairs quickily on each start up. Excellent sound quality.
