The excellent packing and preparing of the items for shipping. This incredible seller actually wrapped each handle in bubble wrap. And the cups themselves; well, I have a collection of vintage tea cups and saucers, and these two cups put them to shame. The price I paid for shipping was too low considering how much effort was put into the preparation. The value of price paid and items received - phenomenal. Wow.
