    Item described as “New” the helmet is ex display, came in a sweet box with bits of underlay as packaging. The smoked visor, pinlock & helmet bag missing. Contacted the seller about the missing items and gave ample opportunity for rectification, it wasn’t. I purchased same day a new smoked visor & pinlock at a cost to me of £134, I could’ve purchased a brand new helmet in black for £849…£60 more than total spend. Item not as described (new) was offered refund but purchased items missing same day.

    The buyer tried to rip me off for items that were not in the description. The photos clearly showed what was on sale. I offered to return the item at my expense and the matter would be resolved, despite this the buyer demanded £134 because if not I would get negative feedback (he did not say it directly but he implied it). In addition, the buyer is lying because a new helmet costs £999k, the buyer did not want a return because the helmet was bought at a bargain price. Very rude person !
