I discovered multiple issues for it supposedly being a new brace. Scuffs and scrapes on metal, corroded foam falling out of strap pads, seam cracks of protective gel pad, multiple hairs and fuzz balls attached to Velcro. Packaging was somewhat decent. Shipping price was reasonable. I do not feel I got my value out of this product considering I thought I was buying a new brace as described. Not a very happy customer.
