    Design and engineering feat, business flop. 2020 museum piece. This is a collector item, no longer a viable primary machine or business tool.

    I’ve always wanted one of these, however due to the scarcity of replacement parts, these need to be babied and well taken care of. I maxed out specs on mine without veering away from the stock configuration and use this machine here and there. It is not my primary computer. It is a significant one-off showcase of the state of the art for its time that was ultimately a failure in terms of sales, and for that has historic value and its engineering is fascinating to look at even today.

    I love these computers

    I have four of these cubes that I use as web servers and photos servers. They run 24/7 and are rock solid. However as I don't use them as a regular Mac computer for everyday work I cannot say if they are good for that purpose.

    ANOTHER ONE

    This will be my 4th Powermac G4 Cube and I am as in love with the product as I was 17 years ago with my first one. Ahead of it's time the Cube is still the best designed pc ever and still as cute almost 20 years later.
