    Don't buy from this bad faith seller. The listing stated this was an "Open box" item in "excellent, new condition with no wear." However, upon receiving the package, I found much worse condition than as listed. Item had white residue/plaster, dust & grime throughout, and came with random papers (FL utility notice, Amazon receipt). I cleaned it myself but seller never responded to my reasonable request for partial refund. condition was misrepresented and seller provided no customer service.

    Great discontinued printer

    I purchased this used printer as a replacement for my which was exactly like it. I didn't want to waste the extra ink cartridges I had on hand by purchasing a different printer. So I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase.

    Not very impressed with overpriced printer

    It initially wouldn't let me print "black and white" which was a real pain because that was what I needed. I liked the idea of the printer because it was wireless. I finally figured out that I needed to download the correct drivers because my computer's operating system is Windows 10. I sent this printer back and subsequently went to Walmart to get a different one.

    Good printer for the price

    We bought the printer because it was just like the one we have had for several years. We are senior citizens and did not want problems learning a new one. We were very satisfied with the last one and expect the same service from the new one. The printing is very clear in color and black and white.

    Parts Only was correct

    Platen glass broken, needed scanner parts, which worked. Threw out remaining parts. Print quality was not good, used print parts from other printer.

    Versatile, scans, prints excellent-quality documents, graphics and photographs. Will function as a fax, although I do not personally use this feature.
