        Great Family Game

        Great family game. Of course, 7 Wonders has won several board game awards. Pretty much speaks for itself. If you have never played it before, all you need is someone who has to walk you through it slowly one time and then you get the idea. It is simple enough that my seven year old knows how to play. great family game.

        Did not look new looked repackaged for sure

        I was so very excited to get my new game because I had just played it with friends and fell in love, and when it finally arrived I opened it and yes it had clear wrap on it but the cards had white edges from use and weird line markings on them and the boards you play with were bent at an angle and the color on some cards was faded and didn’t match the color on the board. All in all since I knew what the game should look like I was very disappointed in my “new” game. Will still play it but it didn’t have that new smell or feeling which I know is important to lots of gamers when they are willing to buy a new game.

        Brilliantly Entertaining

        My wife and I had no idea we were going to love 7 Wonders as much as we do. With so many paths to victory, you'll easily be entertained by this gem for dozens of play throughs or more. It was just a tad challenging to learn, but we've been able to teach new people in about 15 minutes well enough for them to have a fighting chance. This is a civilization-building card game perfect for anyone who loves strategy and thwarting their opponents plans.

        Excellent game. Absorbed us for many iterations and many hours. Endlessly variable and relatively short (30-40 min) no matter how many players.

        Hope it's fun...

        I haven't had a chance to play with the game yet. I purchased it based on gameplay reviews. A lot of people had said it was fun. The box and plastic that holds the game pieces in place is not sturdy, thin and of poor quality. It's ripping already. However, the actual game pieces are good. I'll know better when it's played with. Anyway, i hope game is fun.
