The phone is as describe in the description. Barely a scratch very minimal. It was packed in a small ball securely. However, the description said Fedex for shipping but was sent by usps. It got here safely. The screen does not have any visible scratches. Very happy with my purchase! Will continue to buy phones from this seller.
