So, I contacted to seller who immediately offered a partial refund to buy two controllers. At my suggestion, the seller agreed to a partial refund for two rebuild kits so I could refurbish the controllers that came with the 5200. A perfect solution! Highly recommend this eBay seller - A_to_Z Store.
