My phone practically blew up on Wednesday with all the messages stating that my package would be arriving that day. It did show up finally on Friday. When I purchased the item it was described as being new and unopened. But it actually had been opened. The DVD box had a shrink wrap (not original) on it. The outer cover was not wrapped and was showing signs of wear. Arriving late and with signs of wear, I can only assume that I have been lied to by R2 Outlet
