PM3s are half the price. Seller insisted he had sent a Duro chain, but I wasn t convinced, so I returned it. On receipt of return, seller wrote saying it was the correct Duro chain. Hopefully, he now realises the importance of correct packaging/labelling to avoid wasting everyone s time on unnecessary returns & to maintain trust which, once lost, is hard to regain.Reply from: jghockey50- Feedback replied to by seller jghockey50.- Feedback replied to by seller jghockey50.For some context we don't always get the right amount of Duro and Picco boxes from distributor so use the boxes available. They didn't and send further messaged and again asked them to check the chain they didn't and returned it. When I checked the chain when returned it was the correct one.
