        Canon ink...

        I have tried (once) after market refilled ink and had disaster.....so, once was enough...I buy only new CanonXL ink now..the XL "seems" to have maybe 10% or so more ink than the "non XL"..but they hardly even sell the non "XL" any more anyway...FInding the least expensive NEW ink on E-Bay is a snap....and sure saves money over driving to the nearest electronics/office equipment store...

        Cannot read ink cartridge

        I was pleased to see a replacement cartridge for my printer at such a reasonable price. I have purchased many refurbished computer parts and components over the years and have had little to no issues, until now. I loaded the cartridge as directed. It fit and was accepted by the printer. After i tried to print several pages I kept receiving an error message. One message said the cartridge needed to be replaced. The next message said the ink volume could not be read. I am now unable to print at all!! I regret this purchase. It was a complete waste of money and defeated the entire purpose of my order. I have removed and replaced the cartridge as instructed. I also followed the instruction card that came with the replacement ink. I'm beyond frustrated. I wish I would have tried the cartridges ...

        Ink ran out in less than a month. Had not printed but a few pages. Barely used. Very disappointed and frustrated.

        Canon Black & Multicolor Ink Cartridges

        If it says, Canon, use only Canon products. The product service is top notch. I will always be a Canon customer. The cartridges are easy to handle & replace. Compact, clean to handle and easy. No brainer.

        A Print cartridge that doesn't print.

        Print uneven, very light, and poor quality. Have printed 19 copies and print intensity getting noticeably lighter. During a six page print job, two pages didn't print at all. Poor product.
