        I like the fact that there are 300 recipes. I will never get bored. The explanations for making the recipes are very good with steps laid out. Each recipe has the author's introductory comments that set the stage for cooking. Life without eating meat can be wonderful and varied. For what I got, the price was reasonable. Overall it was an exceptional purchase.
