The listing claimed it was in excellent condition and refurbished, but the item I received was far from that. It’s clearly a used controller with no signs of refurbishment. One of the triggers did not function properly, failing to press fully. Additionally, the grips were dirty and damaged, and the extra analogs were in similarly poor condition, covered in grime. I attached a photo of what they sent me as proof as well as their response after offering a replacement and me accepting it!!!!
