      Expensive but very entertaining

      As for a five season TV series DVD collection, this product is pretty expensive but the plots and characters are excellent. The show never got much attention here in the USA compared to another series based on a large family living in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia during the same era.

      Wind at my back complete series

      Very good look Into a mining industry during the depression in Canada. The baileys and the town of new Bedford. Watch the ups and downs of family and friends. Even foes are entertaining. Grace Bailey is the best thing in the series. Her wit charming personality and inner beauty is great . Rest of the cast is good too. But she's my favorite character how she feels is very catching you will get in tune with her . Very good series

      "Wind At My Back' is a wonderful series. We are enjoying this very much. It is clean for the family, very engaging, and helps to learn about what life was like back in the early 1900s. So glad we purchased it!

      Perhaps the wind at our backs is that urge to keep going even though times are difficult

      We have bought several works by this same producer. We enjoy them and they are realistic of the days when times were a lot worse than they are now but the will to keep going is admirable.
