        Great transformer, nice features.

        A great transformer. Nice features, not found on a lot of similar products. Brake is very useful, and momentum feature is fun to use. Turn"momentum" on, and watch what the train does when you turn the speed knob to zero. The train slowly decelerates, taking half the layout to come to a complete stop. Same when you turn the speed back on. Slowly starts moving, slowly and smoothly accelerating until it reaches the speed that you chose. Just the way a real train starts and stops. Be aware that once you turn the speed knob on, it takes a few moments before it actually starts moving. It must be programming itself for a few moments before it starts the train rolling. Speed knob is super smooth, very sensitive to your commands. 1-2 MPH change in speed is easily attainable and speed is marked in 1 ...

        Perfect match to the one I already have so now I can run both tracks of trains independently

        I needed a matching transformer for the dual track train layout that runs in the perimeter of my workshop and this came available so I was very happy to find it. When I received it, it was very well packed for shipment, fully wrapped in bubble plastic. The condition was either new or like new and it works perfectly.
