      Ordered a laptop and it shipped out quick. But the delivery truck dropped it off at the wrong location. No fault of the seller. Everything was correct on the address label. Had to jump through some hoops with the shipping company and ebay first, but I got another laptop sent to me. The seller kept in contact and gave me updates and provided information anytime I asked. It sucked that it happened, but they handled it well, sent me a replacement, and I have no complaints about the laptop itself.
