    Hamilton Beach food processor

    I have had model 70591 Hamilton Beach Food Processor since probably 1980. It is by far the best ever. I use it to chop, slice and grate. I thought I would never be able to fine another, since it old. Food processors today have a tendency to purify food, not chop. I do a lot of canning in my home and I use it at lease once or twice a week. I cannot tell you how delighted I was to find another base, since the one I had was absolutely worn out from use.

    Does not fit

    Even though the blade is supposed to fit the machine Model and serial that I asked for it is to tall to work in my machine. I have tried to find out what is wrong with either the blade or my machine. I have done the same thing about seven years ago and ran into the same problem. Placing the original blade and the replacement blade on the counter next to each other and they look identical. The problem is up inside the blade housing. The replacement blade is slightly lower inside the housing, making it stand up slightly and prevent the top from locking.

    Great Product... Excellent service

    I've owned one for over 30 years and it's just now starting to have some problems and this one is Brand New, still with all the stickers and packaging even the manual! I looked at the new ones on the market today and they just don't seem to be as well made.
