    The item was as described well packed and does the job extremely well. Communication and postage was very ordinary it was not until I contacted eBay 5 days after the scheduled delivery date that i had feedback and that was from eBay not the merchant. To be fair it arrived 3 days later but that was not what I would calll good service.

    The package was received in time but the product was not as described. This board was listed as a black"magentic" board, and I bought it with the intend to use it as such but it does not hold magnets on the black side. I offered to return the product but the seller offered a 15% discount instead which does not help when I cannot use the product. I also asked, on two occassions, what sort of pen I would need when wanting to write on it. The seller never responded to that. Very frustrating!
