    Economical focal length lens extender

    Economical focal length lens extender. You just have to have the right lens to use it. Compatibility is limited to certain models. If you have one of those, the extender is handy and takes up less room than another longer lens. It slows down focus a little, but if you're not in a hurry, it's great!

    Does what it should, doubled your compatible lens

    Cuts f stop speed in half so if your fastest f stop is 2.8 it will now be f4 or less. While it doubles your compatible lenses focal length say 100mm to 200mm. It’s built well and is weather resistant.

    Canon EF Extender 2X ii Mint Condition

    This extender is in mint condition; as written up. I used this with my Canon 100-400 lens on my EOS R Mirrorless Camera with the adaptor lens mount and my pictures were sharp and crisp while hand held. Can’t wait to put this on my tripod. This came in the box with a great bag, instructions, and registration card. Everything is like new. Very happy with how this works.

    Appreciate the nice Canon quality and function of this 2X extender!

    While this 2X does not make my 70-200mm 2.8 L lens equal to an authentic 400mm L lens, it performs a bit better than I expected, and it enables me to pack a lot of flexibility into a small shoulder bag I can actually carry where I want to go. Maybe more important, that flexibility came at a price I could actually afford. Plus, added to my 1.4X and sacrificing just a bit more light and crispness, my flexibility surges ahead even more.

    Doesn't work well with all ef lenses

    Doesn't work well with all ef lenses. Auto system is sometimes fuzzy and must switch to manual to use. The pictures constantly require manual refocus. Not for use by the amateur photographer.
