      Book was indeed brand new & matched the description listing. Price was great as well & shipped quickly. However, the packaging was terrible, just a thin plastic poly mailer bag with no cardboard or bubble wrap to protect the book. Book arrived with a slight ding on one of the corners, luckily I am 2-3 hours away or it could have been worse. Left note for seller upon payment for bubble wrap protection but there was no protection at all. Unsure I risk buying again after this experience.

      Great drive with great speed!

      I really like my 4 - new Seagate Exos X20 drives. I ran a test on each of them and all came back with zero errors. Can't wait to get rid of all my 2 & 4 TB drives and simplify my computer system. A+++!!!

      Noisy when running, but plenty of space.

      I purchased this as an open-box with a decent price from new. As a 20TB drive, in reality it only has about 18.5TB usable space per Windows 11. I was a little alarmed as it looked a bit strange with a stick-in sheet of sheet aluminum covering the back of the drive where the spindle mechanism was exposed. However, other than being a bit louder than the 16tb Western Digital paired with it, it's working great so far after a few weeks. Regarding how loud it is: if I had not known any better from other reviews mentioning how loud it sounds when accessed, I would have thought it was broken.

      Works as advertised. Quiet, large amount of storage. Have not investigated drive/transfer speed. Note: Many (most?) hardware RAID arrays currently max out at 16TB per drive.
