      Nice valve

      Delta makes a good product and this one certainly deserves praise, especially from the perspective of a homeowner trying to save the expense of hiring someone to do the work. This unit was easy to work with, simple to assemble and functions beautifully. That being said I must urge caution for the average guy who wants to save some money. The installation does require open flame for soldering the pipes to the unit. More than one person has neglected to take the necessary care and burned his house down. that isn't a great way to save money. I have over 40 years in the building trades and was comfortable with the task and took the precautions. If you have ANY QUESTION about your knowledge of soldering copper pipes together, please contact a reputable tradesman.

      Delta shower faucet upgrade.

      I am replacing a faucet from a different mfr with the Delta faucet. I have used Delta products in the past with excellent results. I expect the same results with this one.
