    I am on the fence with this one.

    The major complaint I have is many people that call me, I do not hear it ring and they say it goes right to voice mail. I am home and near the phone when it happens. Very frustrating. Handset a little flimsy. The part that is hard to set up are some of the features. Also the main chord with the answering machine hooked in is way too short.

    Easy set-up!

    Easy set-up prompted by phone...didn't even need to refer to manual. Phone features such as extra large lit buttons as well as verbal announcement features are a great PLUS for my elderly mother. Handsets are comfortable to hold and button features are positioned perfectly for easy use. Great product and value.
