- m***r (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseRefurbished laptop was in excellent condition and extremely clean, like new appearance, except for well-labeled, very minor wear on the hinge and a couple of minor scratches on the outer shell. It actually exceeded the posted specs: exact match for the CPU, RAM and storage but actually a higher resolution display. Everything was packaged well. Overall this was an exceptional value for a very high quality laptop.
- e***t (244)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseA++ quality refurbished high-performance Chromebook, exactly as described. Great condition, quality components. Clean and flawless looking. Packaged safely. Would buy again. Great deal too. Maybe I need a spare actually. I converted mine to a Linux laptop. The minimum review length word count is silly.
- r***c (191)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseLaptop was rated as Refurbished - Good, but it was in immaculate condition -- it looked brand new, and functions perfectly. Great value for the price!
- d***o (2935)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseExcellent transaction, advertised as “Very Good” could have advertised it as “Like New” Very fast shipping, packaged as if it was Nitroglycerin, communication was exceptional. Seller offers an amazing value for what others present at the same price point. Appearance, Not one scratch or screen problems. If you are looking for the best deal on eBay, look no further, here’s your guys!
- p***t (16786)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller accidentally misrepresented the computer by listing some small (but important) features that weren't present when the tower arrived. Made it right though by way of a partial refund to compensate me for the parts needed to get the tower working as it advertised. I see lost of negatives on here that state the seller is uncommunicative but I think they're just busy as it did take a couple days for them to get back to me but they ultimately came through nonetheless. Would buy from again.
- w***_ (21)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasePurchased and received a unit from seller. The unit was shipped and delivered promptly and came in the condition it was advertised as. Unit had a minor issue and when contacting the seller in regard to a resolution, they are prompt with responses and gave me multiple options for a resolution. Happy with the unit and with the overall transaction!
