Laptop arrived in like new condition except for one thing: The battery. It was at about 50% capacity. However, as soon as I reached out to the seller, they not only immediately responded but sent a replacement battery moments after me sending some diagnostic photos. Above and beyond service, so much better than that 4GB junk they sell for $400 on Amazon. I will save this seller for any potential future purchases. Never seen a seller quite that eager to respond and rectify an issue. Top quality.
