Delivery was a day later than estimated but wasn’t an issue. I did have a small issue, contacted Shark who apologised and resolved the issue with absolutely no fuss and went above and beyond.

I believe this is the problem some buyers have when they moan the bulbs blow quickly. The dome of the lamp was smaller than my old one but the voltage/wattage and temp requirements were exactly the same. Really pleased with my purchase, would recommend supplier.
