Good deal, makes my truck more fun to drive with reverse. I would recommend to a friend.
More or less a drop in part from my used Traxxas T-Maxx classic 2.5. My truck did not have reverse when I got it (used last week). With the addition of a servo, actuator rod and springs from an old ball point pen this tranny works great. (you need a three channel TX and RX). It is different from the fwd only tranny as there is a clutch inside the trans that engages the gears. Unlike the stock trans, the slipper gear will turn freely when the truck idles, and the trans only engages when you advance the throttle, THIS IS NORMAL. I had to lower my idle speed slightly.
