These are all nice circulated Very Fine condition banknotes and this is the best place I have seen on ebay to buy them. Five Billion Dollars is a huge dollar amount, these banknotes are nice quality to give as gifts to family and friends, and this is one of the very nicest sellers I have ever met being on ebay for many years.
