I can't say enough about this store's customer service. I mean, the item I bought is outrageous and I love it. It gets a place front and center in my collection. The real story is how they reacted to me telling them the item arrived broken. Not their fault really, I could see the crease across the box where the box full of bricks? the post office chucked on top of that one had landed. Ordered this patch and received a completely different one. E-mailed them and they said the warehouse stocked them in the wrong box and they are out of the one they have listed. They immediately refunded my money though and told me to keep the one they sent. Disappointed though they did not have this one though. Might want to check inventory before posting a product is available. Sure, things happens but part of doing business is fulfulling orders on products you are selling.
