    Good Replacement for the Bake Element in our stove

    The old bake element shorted out and caught on fire. Our oven was out of commission waiting for this element to arrive. The element was received very quickly and was easy to install. Works great.

    Bake element

    This is the second element I had to buy the first element only lasted a year and then it broke apart so I had to order a second one it's been in the oven for 2 months now so far so good only issue besides that was when I received the package the ends of the element that plug in got bent and I had to straighten them out hoping they wouldn't break another drawback was the shipping time was 2 weeks that was a long time to go without being able to use the oven I think it could have been made with a little better quality and also the shipping package could be a little better besides just putting the element in a box with no protection

    20 minutes start to finish

    This is the second time I have replaced this unit in 11 years. Both times I ordered it from ebay. I found them to work just fine and cost effective. It took me all of 20 minutes, start to finish. Pull the range from the wall, unplug it. Remove the small bolts from the back panel and drop it down. Unplug the 2 wires for the element, remove 2 screws inside the oven and re[lace the unite. If you have a ratcheting screw driver that has several removable tips, remove the tip and it will fit the small bolts.
