Seller did not want to accept return for defective item. He to date has refused to refund my $75 return fee since return was guaranteed. He put all kinds of road blocks for return of defective item vowing to have item inspected (I had item inspected by licensed watch dealer). He further wanted money back for booklet on item that was non existent. Beware US buyers you have to pay return cost and it is difficult to get it back since iem is not held by US seller.

23 years on Ebay and I have never encountered a buyer such as this, Inspection by my watchmaker revealed buyer has broken the balance staff on the watch.This can only happen by dropping the watch or by a hard impact. The watch worked for 3 days after delivery and just stopped?. I refunded as soon as the watch was received back. The buyer did not return the provenance paperwork to prove celebrity ownership by Dorothy Squires. Watch is now useless and am out of pocket by approx $1000. Thanks.
