As I mentioned in feedback to a related order: Despite the wrong picture being attached to the posting, and the initial order being canceled, I had no trouble communicating with the seller, who was very apologetic and extremely supportive. I was offered, and received, a similar item at the same price that was even better (for my purposes) than what I had originally ordered. It arrived very quickly, in excellent packaging. This was easily a 6-star experience, but the scale only goes to 5 stars.
