      Comfortable, but massage/heating don't work

      The chair itself is pretty comfortable and it was easy to assemble. However, the massaging aspect of the chair and the heating don't work at all. When the chair is plugged in, it vibrates, but no matter what you press on the remote, nothing changes and the vibrating never stops. Even when you press the button for heat, nothing happens. The chair is used only as a chair, and that's all.
