I purchased an item by mistake and also this warranty on it. Within the hour, I contacted both the item seller and Allstateca to cancel the order. The item seller cancelled right away but Allstate wouldn't answer, took 4 days to get back to me to say they would not cancel, even though the warranty had not shipped! They were of NO help and had me going in circles until I asked EBay to step in. It was cancelled immediately BY EBAY. Do Not Use This Seller. Very difficult to deal with. Scammy.

I first contacted ebay and I was referred to allllstate web page. I contacted them and mentioned a refund was due since the item had been cancelled at the source and a refund provided. NO refund has been refunded yet and I don't anticipate one, negative experience. Since you do business with allll states you should agreeing that when the ins is not needed it is refunded without having to beg for it. You also get some kick back on that insurance policy. A refund should simply be issued
