    Seller didn't respond to messages till after I opened a case and even then they offered nothing other than complaining about me closing the case. Item was poorly wrapped and took a month to get to me. Item had broken out of packaging and was rusty when it arrived. It will clean up and be usable but I would have a hard time buying from this seller in the future. Pictures show how it was packed, nothing around the crank at all, could have been from shipping but it didn't appear they cared much.
