So far, I only tried 1 of the 3 P-ch power MOSFETS (VISHAY SUP90P06-09L) bought, but it worked very well with low enough static rDS(ON) (@ Idrain = 3.7 A and VGS 16 V) to not need a heat sink (although pic shows one). The packaging was extraordinarily superb: the MOSFETS were well protected from both shipping damage and ESD. Estimated delivery range, Thurs-Fri, was spot on. Package arrived on Fri. They even included a small baggie of Tootsie Rolls and hard candy! Amazing customer service!

    Great for people with impaired vision.

    The phone works flawlessly and the speed dial is really usefull for my grandmother, she can't really see the numbers well enough to input a full phone numer, so the fact that she can call with just one helps her a lot.

    Great phone for the price!

    Due to my old phone dying, I decided that this was a cheap option. All I can say is what a GREAT phone for around $20/25. The sound quality is good, the distance you can travel with the phone from the hub is awesome, and the speakerphone works great! I dont know much about phones, but what I can say about this one is that, if your on a budget and need a phone, this is a great option.

    Good product and easy to use.

    Always had good luck with Vtech phones, and haven't been disappointed yet. Good display, and thank goodness for the signal"find phone" sound. Sometimes I misplace it, and so does the dog. Would buy it again.
