All 10pcs of the KM4164B DRAM chips arrived 5 to 6 weeks to arrive to Canada. Tested all chips and found 1 of the 10 pcs was faulty and did absolutely nothing. All other 11 chips passed random value write/verify to entire chip. I'm sure the seller is likely unable to test prior to shipment, so it's a bit random. I did note that the packages (DIPs) didn't match each other in appearance: I counted at least 3 types as testing - normally a red flag, but they 92% (11/12) tested fine so I'm happy.
