Radio was returned because the wrong radio was sent to me. Could not enter a 220 MHz frequency. The radio was also used when I got it as it had many frequencies programmed into it. It seems like the seller does not verify the operation of the radios before sending them out, as this was obviously a radio that was returned previously. IT WAS NOT NEW!
I gave the seller a positive review because the refund was issued quickly.
