Was not a standard 1 3/4 nut
I spend too much time having to sand and position and resand to get this to fit a standard Larrivee Parlor guitar with a 1 3/4 nut. I would have been better off to order blank. The other guitars I added the zero glide was a easy job but this one was not.

Great product not simple to install.
The zero glide nuts always sound better than the factory nuts! And the bonus is you don’t have to tune as often. Not recommended for novice installers. It takes quite a bit of technical savvy to install correctly.

Good upgrade.
I've taken my guitar to multiple luthiers with my GS8. None ever adjusted the nut to my liking. Action always too high at first fret. This nut allowed me to tune the height choosing the fret that worked best. Spent a while sanding the nut to fit. Test fit often.

Life changer for me
This thing changed my life, made it much easier to play open chords, lowers overall string height, and sounds magnificent. Yes it requires a bit of sanding and adjustment, but anyone thinking of getting this product knows you have to work with any nut to get it to your taste, good thing about this one is that after installed, it’s really east to change the height of the strings at the nut. I put one on my most used guitar and now I’m getting one for my Yamaha FG-TA. Try it you’ll love it.This thing changed my life, made it much easier to play open chords, lowers overall string height, and sounds magnificent.
