    Makes 1 gallon of ice cream in 30 minutes.

    An excellent ice cream maker. I have another one that was way more expensive and only made 2 and 1/2 pints at a time, where as this one makes 1 gallon. It is better because it doesn't have the ice crystals. This one also makes ice cream in 30 minutes. the other one took around 2 hours.

    Ice Cream again!

    Unit arrived quickly, and I unpacked the unit to check for functionality. Everything worked, but I noticed the wood outer covering was not quite as smooth as I thought I would like it. So I sanded to wood lightly and added a couple of coats of spar varnish to protect it somewhat from the salt water that will come as part of the process. Time will tell the value of this, but it looks better.
